So here are pictures from Cambria. There was a beach where elephant seals come for all sorts of things- mating, bithing, molting. No, these ones aren't dead- they're molting, and yes it was a little gross (and stinky) but also pretty cool. The beach was gorgeous. Star fish!!! That last one of Aaron is actually near San Fran (Half Moon bay it's called) and it was an unfortunate accident of bending too close to look in tide pools.

I like all your pictures. Those molting seals really are nasty. Knowing they can be so grody at times makes me feel less bad when they get eaten by sharks.
That picture of you and Aaron is very cute. Me gusta mucho.
And the seals look cute but lazy. Seals always make me think of Sadie.
So what was the Tolkein scene? There's tons of beautiful shots, there, wow. You're making me jealous, Lou. Nice camping stuff.
We live in Michigan for crying out loud, which is full of gorgeous things to see. We need to get out and see more.
